RETURNS

If you're not fully satisfied with your QelviQ product, it is backed with a 30 day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee. If the item is returnable under this policy and you send it back to us packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the item, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must:

Have purchased your QelviQ in the last 30 days directly from our website or from an authorized Qelviq reseller or retailer; and
Have the original order number or email that was used during your purchase; and
Returned items must be in undamaged brand-new condition with original packaging and accessories

To request a return: please email us at customercare@qelviq.com, providing your name, order number and the email address used when purchasing your product.

Full refunds can only be provided for eligible returns made within 30 days of items purchased directly from us or our authorized retailers or resellers. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, retail partners, or other websites are not eligible for a return and full refund. Please consult their own return policies for more information. We cannot provide a full refund for any damages done to the device which are not covered under our warranty.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

Subject to the provisions of the Qelviq Limited Product Warranty set forth below, warranty replacements are eligible within one year of original date of purchase.

To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must:

Have purchased the product within the last year
Have the original order number or email or proof of purchase that was used during your purchase. If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must provide a copy of your original receipt

Warranty repair or replacement can only be provided within one (1) year of original purchase date.

We cannot provide a warranty repair or replacement for any damages done to the device, not covered under our Qelviq Limited Product Warranty

Qelviq Limited Product Warranty.

The following warranty provisions (Warranty Provisions”) shall apply to the QelviQ products sold by Kellvin to you as buyer (“Buyer”):

Initial Warranty. Kellvin warrants to the Buyer that the products manufactured by it are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period not to exceed one (1) year, from the date the product is received by Buyer from Kellvin (the “Initial Warranty”). Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. This is your exclusive warranty.

DO NOT:

Put any water or ice inside or submerge the Qelviq. Doing so will void this warranty.Block the air holes on the Qelviq unit.
Operate the Qelviq unit in direct sunlight or in temperature conditions that exceed 95 °F/35°C
Attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on the Qelviq. Doing so will void this warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.

Purchasing Qelviq products from an unauthorized reseller will void the warranty.

Exclusions: The Initial Warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from negligence, misconduct, accident, misuse, water damage, abuse, the use of a plug converter or transformer, improper installation or operation, unusual environmental conditions, or other extreme stress, alteration, unauthorized or improper repair, replacement or alteration (including but not limited to repairs, replacements, or alterations made or performed by persons other than Kellvin’s employees or authorized representatives), failure to provide proper maintenance, unreasonable use or abuse of the product, use with any third-party product or service (other than as specifically authorized in advance by us), or use in violation of any provided-for instructions.

The Warranty Provisions and all questions relating to their validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement shall be construed in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the substantive laws of the State of New York.

Commercial Usage. Qelviq products are not covered under warranty if used in commercial environments.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Limitation on Warranties: Subject to applicable law, and without limitation on the foregoing, we limit the duration and applicability of any and all implied warranties (including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade, or otherwise) to the duration of the Warranty Provisions set forth above. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND THEREFORE, THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Sole and Exclusive Remedies/Liability Cap: SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES, AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY, FOR ANY BREACH OF OUR LIMITED WARRANTY. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY HEREUNDER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID ON THE SITE FOR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES. ADDITIONALLY, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR REVENUE, AND/OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OF ANY KIND. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
